Sunrise Worldwide (Shanghai) Limited specializes in components for fixtures used to test bare boards on universal electrical test systems. Music wire and tungsten pins, mounting parts, tooling pins, Lycra and FR4 are standard items available for many types of fixtures.

 

三冉独特的治具设计能大幅度提高测试效率，减少假测率。

主要特点有

l        根据最小测试针直径选用不同层数内层

l        治具适用的最小测试针直径为非绝缘0.15mm钨针及非绝缘0.20mm琴钢线针。

l        选用板对位PIN矫正电路板图形偏移，旋转，涨缩

l        选用上下治具对位微调矫正电路板图形上下面的偏移

l        选用支撑块减少BGA放射性偏

 

Sunrise offers a unique fixture design that drastically reduces false alarms on manual and automatic universal test systems.

Key features are:

- Variable number of inner plates depending on probe diameter,

- Smallest probe diameter 0.15mm tungsten and 0.2mm music wire without isolation coating,

- Optional off-center board tooling pins to compensate board image shift and/or scaling,

- Optional off-center top-bottom registration to compensate board top-bottom misalignment

- Optional fixture lift unit to compensate BGA-Spread in high pin count BGA patterns.
